I just want to write briefly on two issues that I find so many atheists are unwilling or unable to understand.

What do you mean "What do you mean?"?
I had a brief encounter with a "Jehovah's Witness" on Saturday - I was sitting in my car with the window down waiting to collect some people, and the JWs were knocking the doors in this street.

Harold Camping
I'll just write a brief post on an issue I hadn't paid much attention to, because I thought it wasn't worthy of any attention, but it seems it has made a pretty big impact on people, and threatens to bring ridicule upon Christian testimony.

Ignorant claims about Paul's ignorance
I have heard this myth expressed a few times - the apostle Paul never referred to the "historical Jesus", that is the earthly life of the Lord. This is not only false, but obviously and blatantly false!
A stand off on certainty
You've probably met the person, so dogmatic, they won't consider that they may be wrong, and their certainty can be quite intimidating, and can sway you to think they must be right. The only problem with that is that you can then meet someone else who believes the complete opposite and find that they are just as convinced. When you have these opposing views held with equal certainty, how do you know who's right?

A great argument!
I recently listened to a debate between atheist, Victor Stenger, and Christian, William Lane Craig. In this debate Stenger proposed that he could prove the non-existence of God based on internal contradictions in His attributes.

Double standards?
I have written before on the God of the gaps accusation, and how the atheist frequently falls back on an atheism of the gaps. I just want to enlarge on that a wee bit in light of some things I have heard recently.
